Our Scholarship Programs
The Francis N. Phillips Scholarship
One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) will be given each year to a female graduating from Culpeper County High School.
The Helen M. Jeffries Scholarship
CTEC Scholarship
One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500) will be given each year to a female graduating from Eastern View High School.
Based on need, up to One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) will be given to a Culpeper County girl attending CTEC trade school for classes and books
Qualifications based on the following criteria: need, scholarship, character, integrity, promise of future achievement, residency, and student enrollment status.
